A poor diet can result in the symptoms of depression.
processed foods, sugar, and fat constantly increases the risk of overweightness
which resultantly increases the chances of being depressed. Most of the time
you do not want to eat anything because of indigestion.

5. A lower sexual libido
Your sexual libido (low sex drive) is directly influenced
by three factors namely, psychological, biological and social. If at any point
of time your physical urge to have sex has fallen since your period of
depression began, this is likely to be due to your reduced confidence and
lowered self-esteem and libido. Due to lowered sexual libido and reduced The self-esteem you may feel less comfortable with how you look and how you feel.
You feel being, busy, tired, stressed and definitely not in the mood.
6. Psychomotor retardation
It involves a slowing down of thought and a reduction of
physical movement. You feel yourself being noticed by others to be visibly

laugh and other daily activities.

7. Aches and pains
As concerning as it may be, if your body is suffering
from unexplained symptoms of pain such as back pain or headaches. These symptoms
of unexplained pain can be the only reason of depression and in point of fact a
