WASHINGTON: The United States has signed an agreement with the pharmaceutical company to develop a vaccine for the coronavirus.

According to a report by a foreign news agency, a big deal has been signed between the drug-producing American company "Johnson & Johnson" and the authorities to manufacture the vaccine, 

The report says the US government will provide $ 450 million to the company for the manufacture of "New Vaccine COVID19". This would be the largest amount ever given to the Johnson & Johnson Company in aid of the preparation of any vaccine.



The agreement between the United States and the company was signed on March 27.

The company says the vaccine is likely to be put to trial in September this year, after manufacture. And maybe provided for use in hospitals by the beginning of 2021.

Experts and scientists are striving to prepare the anti-corona vaccine in different countries, but no certified drug or cure has been revealed so far. Many experts have even claimed to have sought treatment, but the World Health Organization has not confirmed.
